Centrosome is the microtubule organizing center (MTOC) of most animal cells, which consist a pair of centrioles and the surrounding proteins called pericentriolar material (PCM). Many proteins are localized in centrosome, and most of them are of great importance in many biological processes including cell division and cell migration, such as peri-centriolar material-1, isomorph CRA, stathmin1, HS actin gamma1, SUMO/sentrin peptidase 2, and ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 variant 1. Antibodies targeting these proteins are very powerful tools for studying centrosome and centrosomal proteins.
