Project Manager, Cytoskeleton-related Research

Job Description

CD BioSciences is dedicated to accelerating the optimization and application of cytoskeleton research. We are looking for project managers to lead lab teams to complete cytoskeleton related research services based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of customer projects.
• Plan detailed executable experimental protocols and processes based on customer requirements.
• Lead, coordinate and supervise lab members to complete experiments.
• Collect and summarize experimental data.
• Complete detailed final project reports.
• Regularly update customers with the support of the sales team.
• Complete follow-up work based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related field.
• Extensive laboratory experience in biochemical CRO/CMO companies.
• Familiarity with the principles and operations of experiments related to cell and molecular biology and bioinformatics
• Strong leadership, organizational, collaborative and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and written skills for research projects and reports.
• Experience in a similar position and field is preferred.
