You will be required to design, develop and execute medicinal chemistry strategies related to biomolecular condensates through innovative chemistry, and help revolutionize the way we discover and develop small molecule drugs from condensates.

• Organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and related disciplines，Ph.D. degree.
• 3+ years of laboratory research experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical field.

• Solid theoretical knowledge of synthesis and ability to perform experiments.
• Enthusiasm for synthesis and actively learning about drug discovery and development.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong team spirit.

• Lead and/or contribute to chemical and drug discovery.
• Define highly innovative drug discovery projects.
• Independently complete literature reviews, analyze screening data, develop synthetic routes, and isolate and characterize products.
• Promote and maintain the highest level of medicinal chemistry, fully demonstrating personal expertise.
• Proficiency in the operation of organic synthesis instrumentation.
• Complete experimental records in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
