You will be required to design biological project development programs and other related technical materials and execute them to discover and advance breakthrough therapies for the toughest diseases through deeper understanding of biomolecular condensates biology.

• Molecular biology, cell biology, immunology and other related majors，Ph.D. degree.
• 3+ years of laboratory research experience, preferably in the biopharmaceutical field.

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Proficiency in molecular biology related theories and experimental skills.
• Experience in mouse research and related operational skills.
• Good experimental habits, attention to detail, and clear logic in analyzing data.
• Experience in stem cell related research is preferred.
• Have a career vision in bioscience and technology, and be familiar with and continuously follow the dynamics of cutting-edge biotechnology.

• Conducting novel target discovery and cutting-edge technology development based on molecular biology.
• Responsible for research design, implementation and improvement, according to the research objectives.
• Work with the team to advance research progress, participate in discussions and conduct evaluation and improvement of experimental results.
• Propose innovative R&D proposals, engage in technical communication and project collaboration with global R&D organizations of the Group.
• Work closely with various departments to coordinate the workflow between external CROs and communicate feedback and problem solving in a timely manner.
