As the company's Emerging Program Leader, you will design and conduct biomolecular condensates preclinical pharmacology studies, lead preclinical programs in neurodegenerative and related scientific areas.

• Ph.D. or M.D. in neurobiology or related sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry supporting discovery/development stage projects in neurobiology or related scientific field.

• Lead cross-functional teams to support pipeline.
• Involvement in preclinical development phase projects and ability to approach and design projects from a preclinical translational perspective.

• Be part of the project team to design and conduct preclinical pharmacology studies.
• Participate in preclinical development phase projects, design development protocols and other related technical materials and execute them.
• Report regularly to the R&D Director on progress and assist the R&D Director in resolving relevant technical issues.
• Oversee the conduct of in vivo pharmacology studies.
• Develop small molecule therapeutics and neurological disease studies.
