Multi-kinase inhibitor.
Biological Description
Multi-kinase inhibitor of human proto-oncogene receptor tyrosine kinase RET (Rearranged during Transfection) and kinase insert domain receptor (KDR) with IC50 values of 4.5 nM and 66 nM respectively.
It inhibits epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) kinase with an IC50 of 4.0 μM and also inhibits Janus kinase 3 (JAK3). It exhibits potent anti-graft-versus-host disease activity and IgE-mediated mast cell responses in vitro and in vivo.
