Job Description
CD BioSciences is looking for senior scientist, who will play a key role in leading and executing centrosome research projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing experiments, analyzing data, and providing scientific expertise to guide the team. The leadership and scientific acumen will be instrumental in driving innovation, ensuring high-quality results, and fostering a collaborative research environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee centrosome research projects, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Design and execute experiments related to centrosomal protein detection, mRNA detection, disease model generation, or other relevant areas.

Develop and optimize protocols, assays, and methodologies to advance centrosome research.

Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports, scientific publications, and presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research scientists, technicians, and bioinformaticians, to facilitate project execution and achieve research objectives.

Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and technological developments in centrosome research, incorporating them into project design and implementation.

Mentor and train junior scientists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Qualifications

Ph.D. in a relevant field (such as Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline) with a specialization in centrosome research.

Extensive experience in centrosomal protein detection, mRNA detection, disease model generation, or related areas.

Strong knowledge of centrosome biology and expertise in relevant experimental techniques and assays.

Proven track record of leading and successfully executing scientific research projects.

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools/software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
