Job Description
We are looking for sales managers who can positively drive the sales of services and products for centrosome research. The products include centrosomal proteins & peptides, centrosomal antibodies, centrosomal assay kits, centrosome-related cell lines & lysates, centrosome-related mouse models and centrosomal inhibitors & activators. The services include mRNA-related services, protein-related services, centrosomal gene engineering services, centrosome-related disease research service, centrosomal antibody development services and centrosome-related drug development services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for our centrosomal products and services to identify and acquire new clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in centrosome research.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in in a relevant field (Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline).
- Strong knowledge of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
