Job Description
As a Research Scientist / Project Manager at CD BioSciences, the candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments and managing research projects related to centrosome research. Working closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards are the basic responsibilities. The scientific expertise and project management skills will be instrumental in advancing our research and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute experiments related to centrosomal protein detection, mRNA detection, and disease model generation.
- Develop and optimize protocols and assays for centrosome-related research.
- Coordinate and manage research projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of deliverables.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing comprehensive reports and scientific publications.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in centrosome research and contribute to scientific discussions within the team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments, protocols, and results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field (Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline) with a focus on centrosome research.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in centrosomal protein detection, mRNA detection, and related assays.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey scientific concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and scientific tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
