Potent and selective CDK2 inhibitor.
Biological Description
Potent and selective CDK2 inhibitor (IC50 ranging between 1.25 µM to 20 µM). Inhibition is competitive with respect to ATP (Ki = 95 nM). Displays >7-fold selectivity for cdk2 and cdk5 over other cdks. Inhibits cdk5 in sub-micromolar range (IC50 = 0.42 μM).

Soluble in DMSO to 25 mM.
