BMS-986142 is a potent, selective, and reversible BTK (Bruton’s tyrosine kinase) inhibitor (BTK IC50 = 0.5nM; human WB IC50 = 90 nM). BMS-986142 displays robust efficacy in murine models of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), including collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and collagen antibody-induced arthritis (CAIA).
