Biological Description
Potent EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 700 nM). Blocks Cdk2 activation. Active form of tyrphostin A1. Induces cell arrest at late G1 phase (IC50 values are 6.4 and 9.4 μM for HPV16-immortalized and normal keratinocytes respectively). Shows similar effects to AG 556.

Handling
